You've trained harder. Taken lessons. Worked on mobility. And the swing you know you have still doesn't show up on command. Sometimes, that's not a technique problem. It's a signal problem.

This program is where the Rewired For Golf philosophy becomes a training process. Over 8 weeks, you'll learn how to identify the sensory and motor bottlenecks limiting your swing, apply targeted neurological drills, and integrate those changes into the way you warm up, practice, and perform.

Each week follows a simple rhythm

01BaselineEstablish how your nervous system is currently organizing movement through simple checks like rotation, balance, strength, pain, speed, or swing quality.
02TrainApply targeted brain-based drills for vision, balance, body mapping, timing, coordination, and control.
03RetestUse immediate feedback to learn what your nervous system responds to best.
04ApplyBring the changes into your golf warm-up, practice sessions, pre-round routine, and swing preparation.

The Training Map

Your swing runs through a nervous system loop.

Every golf swing is a continuous loop. Your brain is anticipating the movement it wants to create and the sensory feedback that should go along with it, then comparing that prediction to what actually happens and updating the movement in real time. This program trains every part of that loop — the inputs your brain reads, the processing systems that organize the signal, and the physical output your body produces.

Input

The sensory information your brain uses from vision, balance, body position, touch, pressure, joints, muscles, skin, fascia, and the ground.

Processing

How your brain organizes that information for timing, coordination, spatial awareness, prediction, attention, and control.

Output

What your body produces: rotation, balance, speed, posture, mobility, contact, tempo, stability, and swing consistency.

The swing is the output. This program trains the full nervous system loop behind it.

The Curriculum

Eight weeks. A guided progression through the systems behind your swing.

Each week targets a specific performance quality golfers care about — speed, balance, spatial awareness, timing, stability, focus, contact, and consistency — while training the brain and nervous system structures responsible for producing those qualities.

Week1
Build Your Neuro-Golf Blueprint
Learn how your nervous system creates your swing, establish your baselines, and identify the hidden input, processing, and output bottlenecks limiting your performance.
Week2
Upgrade Body Awareness & Movement Mapping
Train the brain's body maps so your joints, muscles, skin, fascia, and movement system give cleaner information for better control, mobility, and coordination.
Week3
Sharpen Visual Skills & Spatial Accuracy
Train the visual systems responsible for targeting, depth perception, gaze stability, eye movements, spatial awareness, and the visual prediction that helps guide more accurate, confident movement.
Week4
Improve Balance & Spatial Orientation
Train the systems that tell your brain where your head and body are in space so you can move with more stability, confidence, power, and control.
Week5
Build Timing, Rhythm & Coordination
Train the brain systems responsible for sequencing, tempo, error correction, smoothness, balance, and the coordination that makes the swing feel more automatic.
Week6
Create Reflexive Stability & Better Postural Control
Train the neural systems responsible for postural tone, reflexive stability, breathing, arousal regulation, and the physical readiness to move powerfully without excess tension.
Week7
Strengthen Focus, Decision-Making & Mental Stamina
Train the cognitive-motor systems that help you stay locked in, manage distraction, make clearer decisions, and maintain movement quality under pressure and fatigue.

The Difference

Everyone else chases the output.

You're about to rewire what creates it.

The Usual Approach
More reps on a swing that keeps breaking down
Fixing positions without asking why the body avoids them
Generic drills applied the same way to everyone
Changes that fade by the next round
100% of effort on the output
The Neurological Edge
Smarter input to the system that produces the swing
Removing the threat that drives the protective output
A plan matched to your own assessment findings
Gains locked in so they hold under pressure
The highest-ROI work in the game

Honest Fit

Who this is for.

This is for you if…

  • You've put in the work and your body still won't produce the swing you know you have
  • Inconsistency, pain, or lost speed keeps showing up despite good mechanics
  • You're a serious golfer who wants to understand the system behind your game
  • You're willing to assess, retest, and follow a plan built around your nervous system

This isn't…

  • Swing mechanics or technical instruction — we won't analyze your club path
  • A neurology certification or a clinical training program
  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind
  • A quick fix — it's a system you'll keep using long after week eight

By Application

The Neurological Edge: An 8-Week Brain-Based Golf Performance Program

Full Program
  • Eight structured weeks, each training a specific layer of the nervous system
  • The Identify / Rewire / Integrate method applied to your own assessment findings
  • Self-assessment baselines and retests so you see change as it happens
  • An individualized neurological plan — not a generic protocol
  • Integration guidance to layer this into your existing practice and pre-round routine

Enrollment is by application and reviewed personally by Roger. Not sure yet? Start with the free 3-part masterclass and feel a measurable change in your own nervous system first.

Questions

Before you apply.

No. This layers underneath everything you already do. The goal is to upgrade the nervous system producing your swing so the work you're already putting in with your coach translates faster and holds longer. You integrate it into your existing practice and pre-round routine — it enhances, it doesn't replace.
No. We reference neuroscience throughout, but this is a golf performance program, not a clinical neurology course, and nothing in it is medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concern.
The masterclass gives you the model and a first experience of the work in three short lessons. The 8-week program is the full system — assessment, targeted neurological training week by week, and integration into your swing. The masterclass is the doorway; this is the path through it.
Because the work is individualized. The program is built around how your nervous system is performing, and Roger reviews every application personally to make sure it's the right fit before you enroll.
Neurological input often produces change immediately — you'll establish a baseline before a drill and retest after, frequently inside the same session. The 8-week structure is what turns those moment-to-moment changes into durable, automatic performance.

You've trained the swing.
Now train the system that lets it show up.
